Policies: Privacy, Cancellations & Returns

Privacy: We are very conscious of your right to privacy -- especially in regards to the personal and business information you supply.

The information you provide us online will not be shared with or sold to any outside company or third party. The information you give is only used to supply and to serve you better. This information is collected to process orders, enhance our customers' shopping experience, and communicate with our customers about products, services, and promotions.

We ensure your personal, business and financial information is protected at all times by adopting a comprehensive set of security measures. Specifically, any financial data you supply is kept completely confidential in an electronic, encrypted state.

Cancellations: Will be accepted only if work on your order has not begun. Cancellations must be made in writing and received at TournamentWear either by e-mail or US mail; phone cancellations are not acceptable. If cancellation is sent by email you will receive an acknowlegement from us within 24 hours.

Cancelled Orders: All cancelled orders will have a 10% cancellation charge if paying by credit card. This is to offset time, labor and cost involved in stopping work and issuing the credit.

Returns: Custom items are non-refundable, we will only offer replacement for defective items. Non-custom items, merchandise that has not been embroidered either with stock or custom designs / logos, can be returned for refund - if it has not been worn and/or laundered. Return authorization must be requested within 30 days after original shipment. There will be a 20% restocking charge for returned merchandise. No shipping charges will be reimbursed.

To Return an Item: Call (321.214.9557) or email us with reasons for return and request a return authorization number. Make sure your name and address is inside the package along with your return authorization number. Also put the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse a replacement item will be shipped within 30 days or within 45 days for custom tournament shirts. Shipping costs if incurred when returning the order are not refundable.
